Our Facilities

The Morgan Mansion Lawn – The great lawn of the Morgan Mansion is a picturesque setting for outdoor Constitution Hill Property Owners Association events.

The Perry Morgan Great Hall – This splendid hall in the Morgan Mansion is common property used by the residents of the Mansion and for Constitution Hill Property Owners Association events. It may also be used by owners for private and social functions.

Formal Gardens – The intimate Italianate garden adjacent to the Mansion is open to owners and accompanied guests and is a place for quiet reflection, reading or catching up with a neighbor – with benches provided among the well kept plantings. 

Pool, Gazebo, & Pool House – The salt-water pool is surrounded by well-maintained greenery for privacy and supplied with comfortable pool furniture. The pool is available during summer months for the exclusive use of owners and accompanied guests.

Tennis Court – Constitution Hill’s tennis court sits in the middle of the grounds surrounded by trees and shrubs for the exclusive use of owners and accompanied guests.

Community Garden – The fenced-in garden is divided into fourteen 10′ X 10′ plots and is located on the eastern side of the Meadow.   Owners may reserve a plot on an “as available first come, first serve basis”. 

Meadow Hiking Trail –  The one quarter mile meadow hiking trail is available for owners and accompanied guest and traverses from the Mansion to the retention ponds.

Wooded Hiking Trail – The wooded hiking trail provides owners and accompanied guest direct access to the extensive Greenway Meadows Park.

The Meadow – The Meadow is open space filled with indigenous Princeton flora and fauna.

Retention Ponds – The retention ponds provide both drainage control as well as a year round habitat for aquatic life

Lending Library – The lending library is available for owners to exchange books on a wide range of interesting subject.
