The Formal Garden The intimate Italianate garden adjacent to the Mansion is open to residents and is a place for quiet reflection, reading or catching up with a neighbor – with benches provided among the well kept plantings.
Swimming Pool and Pool House The salt-water pool is surrounded by well-maintained greenery for privacy and supplied with comfortable pool furniture. The pool is available during summer months for the exclusive use of Owners, their families and guests. Owners must sign a written agreement annually order to obtain a gate key from the Property Manager.
Tennis Court Constitution Hill’s newly resurfaced tennis court sits in the middle of the grounds surrounded by trees and shrubs. Residents may sign up for the courts via a on-line sign-up for an hour/singles and 1 1/2 hours for doubles. Owners must sign a written agreement annually in order to obtain the combination to the gate lock from the property manager.
The Perry Morgan Great Hall This splendid hall in the Morgan Mansion is common property used by the residents of the Mansion and for Constitution Hill Property Owners Association events. It may also be used by Unit Owners for private and social functions.
Community Garden The fenced-in garden is divided into 14 10′ X 10′ plots and is located on the eastern side of the Meadow. Unit Owners may reserve a plot on an “as available first come, first serve basis” by contacting the management.
